‣ When will my order ship out? ‣

   Typically I will ship orders within 1-2 weeks after an order is placed. (Unless purchasing a "pre-order" item.) Please keep in mind that I process all orders on my own and will ship accordingly to my work/convention schedule.

‣ Do you ship internationally? ‣

   Yes! I am able to ship to most countries, however there are some that are under restrictions according to United States Postal Service (USPS) website that I currently will not be shipping to :
International Service Alerts - Newsroom - About.usps.com

Please double check here to see if your country will be able to receive shipments.



‣ What are the shipping options? ‣

   All items are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
*Shipping cost may increase due to amount and weight of items.

If you choose a shipping options that is not applicable with your order (ex. Choosing "Stamped Untracked" although your order includes items that are not flat) Then I will email you and request an additional payment for shipping or a refund. 


How long do pre-order items take until they ship out?

Currently I do not have any items on pre-order, but items will take typically 1-2 months or more depending on the item. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. 

*If you purchase any item on pre-order, your entire order will be held. 


When will you restock "sold out" items?

It depends. Some items may be discontinued permanently while others may have adjusted features. If you would like to request a restock, please contact me.



What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order though please contact me and I can try and work with you!
